Since last February 14, the ‘antenistas’ technicians have been working to adapt the television installations of all buildings and communities in almost all of Spain, specifically on February 14 the changes will begin until 06/30/2020. This process is called RELEASE OF THE SECOND DIGITAL DIVIDEND, it is the same as the one that was already done between 2014 and 2015.

Do I have to do something as owner or as President?
You don’t have to do anything either as owner or as president, if you have the position, you should do nothing. From AF gestifinc we have already coordinated and ordered the work with the technicians who have to visit and carry out the work in your community.
Only when the aerial technician places the information poster in the community, you must perform a retune of the channels on all the televisions in your home or premises.

From February 14 to June 30, 2020, there is time for antenna technicians to carry out the adaptation, don’t worry about a thing, before the deadline your community will be reviewed and adapted. We take care of it!
How much will this adaptation cost?
The cost of the adaptation is subsidized by the Government, and once the work is finished, this subsidy will be processed, so the adaptation will not cost the community. Although some buildings may have some additional cost due to particular circumstances, so the technicians will inform them before carrying out the additional work for their assessment.
