One more year, from the Valencian Autonomous Council of Colleges of AA.FF., this working day is organized. On this occasion, the objective is to openly debate among speakers, judges and property administrators, some of the most controversial issues that originate within the Communities of Owners and which this group has to face in their daily work that Sometimes, its solution goes through a judicial resolution that is not always coincident between different judicial bodies. We understand that the Round Table format enables this exchange of opinions and, in turn, allows an approximation of the reality faced by this group, which is totally unknown to the legislative bodies, responsible for the legislative and judicial initiatives that they have the mission of interpreting and applying said norms. Therefore, it is intended to reach conclusions that, when put into practice, allow a reduction in the judicialization of matters related to neighborhood disputes, or between them and the professionals of the property administration, which would undoubtedly result in a benefit for the consumer of these professional services. That is why, from these lines, I make a special invitation to the Judges and Court Clerks of First Instance of the Valencia Community to attend this conference. The topics that we propose for debate are: the modifications in the field of Horizontal Property operated by Law 8/2013, of June 26, on urban rehabilitation, regeneration and renewal and the professional qualification required for the exercise of the profession of Administrator of farms.
